Regular attendance course

Two-years course (enrollment in April)

15-monthes course (enrollment in January)

One-year course (enrollment in April)
  • Period for accepting application for admission: October 1 to November 30

Eligibility for acceptance

Those who have completed a 12-year educational course (a high school degree or higher), or those who have equivalent qualifications

Private lesson

The course content is assembled ,according to student's level and purpose.
Example
I want to study valuing theconversation.

Flow of events from application to admission

  1. Fill out the necessary information in the documents sent from the school, and submit them to the school, together with other necessary documents. Enclose screening fees.

  2. Documents are examined at the school, or an interview examination is carried out in the country where the applicant resides.

  3. If inadequacies are found in the documents, re-formulate them according to instructions and resubmit them.

  4. The documents are submitted by the school to the Ministry of Justice’s Osaka Immigration Bureau.

  5. The Ministry of Justice’s Osaka Immigration Bureau issues the Authorization of Resident Eligibility to the school.

  6. Contact is made to either the student or his or her affiliated organization.

  7. School enrollment fees, tuition and boarding fees are remitted.

  8. Upon confirming the above remittance, the school will send an Enrollment Permit and Authorization of Resident Eligibility.

  9. Application for visa is filed to the Japanese Embassy (or Consulate) in each country. (An interview will be held at the time of application.)

  10. Issuance of visa (If application for visa issuance is rejected, all expenses other than screening and enrollment fees will be returned.)

  11. The student enters Osaka International School of Culture and Language. (After the issuance of visa, the student must notify the school of the date of arrival in Japan, and flight number.)
